MLAccess

MLAccess is Miami-Luken's web-based ordering system. We provide instant access to real-time pricing and inventory status. It provides easy ways to enter your order or returns. We supply a wireless scanner that you can use to scan the NDC/UPC or item number of the product you want. An Order Confirmation is sent back to you almost immediately. You can enquire about your purchases through a completely customizable selection process. Daily, weekly, and monthly dollar totals of your purchases are also provided. The system is accessible from any location with an Internet connection and is compatible with any operating system using Internet Explorer 7.0 and above. Click here to see a preview of our software.

Symbol PDT Handheld Device

The Symbol PDT is an easy-to-use ordering device like the MSI. You can submit orders, returns, inventory, and retail pricing updates.

OptiNet

OptiNet is a software package and database installed on a PC that communicates via a modem. It will install on any Microsoft platform. This option is primarily used for any pharmacy that does not have an Internet connection available.

OrderDesk II

The OrderDesk II ordering system interfaces with most Pharmacy Systems. This allows ordering and receiving processes to maintain your inventory and acquisition costs, which is done by using Electronic Data Interchange transactions (EDI). The transaction sets used are 850 purchase order, 855 order confirmation/receiving, and 832 price and product numbers.

CSOS (Controlled Substance Ordering System)

CSOS is a certified system which allows pharmacies to order electronic controlled substance orders. The system supports all the necessary reporting requirements to conduct controlled substance ordering transactions without using DEA Form 222 (Blanks).
